  1. Earn a STAR for each time you come to exercise in a class or a private session.
  2. Earn a STAR for each day you follow these weekly healthy eating habits:
    • 1st week 27th-2nd: No Sugar
    • 2nd week 3rd- 9th: No Extra Salt
    • 3rd week 1oth – 16th: No White Foods (white flour, white rice, white potatoes, white sugar, white salt)
    • 4th week 17th – 23rd: No Alcohol
