Each package includes the support of the Best Body Club (private Facebook group support), a daily email from Best Body, “Don’t Quit” chats, and daily text reminders if you opt in, as well as the support materials package (BB Cook Book and Meal Plan, BB Success Journal, Meal Measure, premium infuser water bottle and the Resistance 90 Stroops).
