Sign Up for Classes Now!I am a runner, cyclist and I swim. Most of what I do is endurance training. I have done marathons, triathlons, and century rides. Everything I do is high impact on my body and joints. Needless to say, I needed to incorporate a more holistic practice to my exercise routine. I stated taking AntiGravity® yoga. I discovered the amazing benefits of zero compression inversions. It allows me to use my physical agility while stretching and strengthening my muscles. It’s the complete opposite of what I usually do therefore allowing me to heal and recover quickly. AntiGravity® has created more space in my body and mind than any other practice.

I am a people person. I enjoy getting to know everyone and their unique stories. I like to have fun and mostly enjoy activity and movement. I like learning new things, pushing myself and being challenged. I enjoy getting out of my comfort zone.

I’d like for everyone to be a better version of themselves. I like more active and athletic type of class. I like to engage with the clients. I also like for them to listen to their bodies during the practice. Everyone will be successful in this class regardless of their fitness level.

My focus would be on the benefits of AntiGravity®. Release of toxins and muscle tension. Realignment of the spine, low impact conditioning. Nothing realizes my muscles better than practicing on the hammock.

I have been working out since I was 7 years old. I have tried way too many different types of exercise. My passion is health and fitness. I have been successful a type 1 diabetic for 22 years. It has never stopped me from doing anything. Because of it I am very disciplined and very in tune with my body. Working out and eating well are the pillars of my health. Sometimes your challenge can become your strength.
