Darletta Michael

Darletta began practicing Pilates in an effort to relieve chronic back pain. As she built core strength, she added yoga to her fitness routine. The benefits of a total mind/body practice were so overwhelmingingly positive for her that she knew she had to share it with others. She became certified to teach both Mat Pilates and Yoga in 2008, and has brought her unique style to Core Fusion Pilates + Yoga because she wants to share with us the feeling of being healthy and strong and balanced that has helped her so much. Darletta works hard to make sure that everyone leaving one of her classes leaves with a true sense of peace and accomplishment. Among the many certifications that Darletta has, one that she is very proud of is her certification to teach DzYoga Warriorsdz classes. Yoga Warriors is a specific style of yoga designed to help those with Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder or Combat Stress Disorder.
