A Core Yoga class moves at a moderate pace, yet is challenging; restorative and relaxing. When you join our yoga sessions, led by highly-trained instructors with a strong knowledge of biomechanics, you unlock the door to yoga that helps you fully live in and appreciate your body.
What to Expect
Core Yoga incorporates many asanas (poses), that are performed on the mat, in a reclined, seated or standing position. Often, we encourage the use of props such as blocks, bolsters, straps and blankets to optimize the stretches and modify the poses to your body’s comfort level and flexibility.
During class, our instructors will invite you to stay in a pose long enough to reap the benefits. Learning listen to your body, you will release toxins, increase flexibility, improve strength, and relax into a mind-body connection.
At the center of our program, you’ll find yourself growing and reaching new fitness goals within a community that supports one another. We’re all here to experience the journey of feeling good.
